What’s your return policy?
You have a 30-day return period starting from the day you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unworn, and unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear once the packaging has been opened.
Because of this, we offer a simple solution:
If you order a single item and the size doesn’t fit, we’ll send you a free replacement in the right size — no return needed.
This applies to single-piece orders and first orders only, not to multi-piece packs.

Do you offer free returns?
Return shipping is not included. You’ll cover the return shipping costs.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@kenowear.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send step-by-step instructions.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are issued within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return.
What if I receive a damaged item?
Send a photo and your order info to support@kenowear.com. We’ll replace it — no hassle.
